ORMESBY YOUTH FC - OUR HISTORY - PAGE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION

At Ormesby Youth FC, we are proud of our long and successful history of providing football opportunities and development to boys and girls in our local community. Founded as Ormesby Lads FC in 1991, the club has seen lots of positive changes over the years whilst remaining at our home on Station Road. Another mainstay is founding member, Phil Myhill who is the current club secretary having held many roles during his time with the club. As a local legend, Phil has seen different generations of players progress through the club. 
In 2022, we consulted with our stakeholders and decided the time was right to change the club name. Whilst we have always been an inclusive club, we felt we wanted a club name to better reflect this inclusivity. Therefore, we changed the club name to Ormesby Youth FC and, as we still embrace our history, we look forward to a positive future.
